Our client is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Employment Law Solicitor to join its Employment, Pensions and Immigration National Service Line (NSL) in Birmingham.
Key Details:
- Advise employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Sector focus includes health and care, commercial (e.g. retail, manufacturing) and higher education
- Work alongside experienced employment lawyers
- Collaborate with colleagues nationally across offices
- Involvement in business development activities
- Opportunity to grow within a top-tier, people-focused legal practice
About You:
- 1–4 years’ PQE in employment law, in private practice or in-house
- Strong technical ability, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- A team player who can also manage matters independently
- Experience advising health and care sector clients is desirable
