Job summary
A legal consultancy in the United Kingdom seeks a Conveyancing Solicitor for a busy, full-time role supporting a senior conveyancer in the residential property team. Responsibilities include managing files from start to finish, handling paperwork, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. We're looking for a qualified solicitor with previous residential conveyancing experience and excellent communication skills. This position offers career progression as the team expands.

This is a busy, full time role supporting a senior conveyancer within the residential property team.

- Carry out property searches
- Check mortgage offers
- Prepare all matters for completion and post completion
- Deal directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and ensure all parties are updated throughout the process
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
