This full-time, permanent role requires managing your own caseload and advising clients on family law matters, primarily private children cases. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of PQE and will have excellent interpersonal and advocacy skills. About the Role

You will advise and represent clients in family law matters, with a focus on private children cases, while handling your own diary and caseload.

Responsibilities
  • Providing empathetic and professional client advice
  • Undertaking your own advocacy
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high‑quality legal services
  • Developing skills in negotiation, communication, and case strategy
Qualifications
  • Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (with higher rights)
  • Minimum 2 years PQE
  • Experience in family law, preferably private children matters
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid (desirable)
  • Confident, proactive, and client‑focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in own advocacy
