Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Conduct title investigations, searches, and reviews to identify and address potential issues.
  • Oversee property sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing processes.
  • Provide legal advice on property law, planning regulations, and lease agreements.
  • Handle property-related disputes, including boundary issues and landlord-tenant conflicts.
  • Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, surveyors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
  • A Minimum 3 Years PQE within Property.
