Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking skilled Financial Services Lawyers with loan and lending experience for secondment and interim contract roles starting January 2026 onwards.
Ideal for lawyers with expertise in banking, lending transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Location: Remote (with flexibility to work 2–3 days onsite in England, primarily London)
Start Date: January 2026 onwards
Contract: Various durations (short-term and long-term assignments)
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in financial services law.
- Strong experience in loan agreements, lending transactions, and security documentation.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to provide clear, risk-aware advice to business and law firm teams.
