- Manage a team of 4 across the Surface Mount Technology team
- Oversee two production lines
- Manage work flow, material flow, and day to day activities of the team
- Monitor and report performance to senior management
- Be hands-on and solve problems when they arise
- Train and upskill the staff when needed
- Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology and experience in Electronics
- Drive and ambition to grow with the business
- Experience of leading a team, supervising or showing leadership qualities- either as a hobby, within education or at work!
