About The Role

We are looking for a Night Team Leader to join our team at Clann Dion in Rand, Lincoln.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Night Team Leader to join our team. As a Night Team Leader, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in assisting the Registered Manager to utilise staff to ensure that shifts run smoothly.

Pay rates

Level 1 - £14.24, Level 2 - £15.23, Level 3 - £16.30

About You

About the role:

  • Working with all levels of the Staff Team to safeguard our young people at all times. Assisting the Registered Manager to utilise staff to ensure that shifts run smoothly and with appropriate numbers.
  • Oversee medication administration in line with Individual Pupil Care Plan (IPCP). Maintaining clear and accurate records including leading on care planning and producing reports as required.
  • Chairing regular staff meetings and handover meetings and ensuring that all relevant information is disseminated appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Working with the Training Department to promote the importance of training and support individuals to complete relevant qualifications through regular supervisions.
  • Creating positive relationships with the young people and offering them unconditional dignity and respect.
  • Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young people. Ensuring that the needs of the young person are being met and reviewing and recording changes to those needs.

What do we need from you?

Here at Kisimul, our fantastic training, induction and mentor programmes, mean that we can teach you all you need apart from:

  • A Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or in Children\'s Residential Services or qualified by experience
  • Leadership experience, preferably within Children\'s Services.
  • A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.

  • Resilience to keep going at difficult times and to ask for support if needed

Our shifts operate from 19:30 – 07:30 with a 1 hour break
