About The Role

£800 Joining Bonus

We are looking for Night Team Leaders to join our team at Anam Cara in Friesthorpe (near Market Rasen), Lincoln.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our team. As a Night Team Leader, you will work alongside the Management team, taking the lead in guiding and supporting the night team to ensure shifts run smoothly and effectively. You'll bring strong leadership qualities, acting as the first point of contact for questions, queries, and support, while fostering a positive and motivated team environment.

Pay Rates

Level 1 - £4.24, Level 2 - £15.23, Level 3 - £16.30

About You

What will you be doing:

  • Working with the staff team across all levels to safeguard our young people at all times
  • Participating in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events held within the home
  • Assisting with practical tasks relating to care, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Creating positive relationships with the young people, maintaining dignity and respect at all times
  • Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young people
  • Continually maintaining accurate and clear record keeping
  • Ensuring that the needs of the young people are being met and regularly reviewing and recording any changes to their needs
  • Actively contributing to the development of the team

What experience and qualifications do you need:

  • A Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or qualified by experience
  • Leadership experience, preferably within Children's Service
  • A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
  • A strong team player
  • Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literacy
