A leading healthcare institution is looking for an ambitious registered pharmacy technician to cover maternity leave, working 34 hours per week. The successful candidate will lead and develop dispensary services, manage a team, and ensure efficient pharmacy operations. We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic registered pharmacy technician seeking a new and exciting challenge to cover maternity leave, 34 hours per week. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced pharmacy technician to utilise and develop their management and leadership skills, as they lead and develop dispensary services at Liverpool Women’s Hospital.
The dispensary is a busy, fast paced environment that provides essential dispensing services to the wards, departments, and patients of Liverpool Women’s Hospital. You will be responsible for the day-to-day efficient running of the dispensary, the completion of rotas and the supervision and training of staff.
We are looking to appoint a confident and competent registered pharmacy technician who can demonstrate effective leadership skills, and who is looking to progress their career to manage the dynamic and friendly dispensary team. The successful candidate will be provided with all the relevant training and support, as well as provided with ample opportunities to allow personal growth, and career progression.
Applying candidates should be a motivated and positive individual who can lead and contribute to outstanding pharmacy services, with excellent customer satisfaction and communication skills, be a strong team player, be flexible to change and have confidence to effectively liaise with other health care professionals in a hospital setting.
