A leading utility company in Wellingborough seeks an Electrician to handle repairs and maintenance, ensuring the reliability of electrical systems. Candidates should possess an NVQ level 3 electrical qualification and a full UK driving licence. The role supports environmental protection and provides various benefits including health care and a competitive pension scheme.
£44,000, plus overtime and standby, with opportunity for pay progression. Permanent, 37 hours per week. Location: Wellingborough and surrounding areas. Business use of company van, tools and PPE equipment. Personal private health care including physiotherapy. 24-hour Virtual GP service for you and your household. 25 days annual leave – rising with length of service. Double-matched pension scheme.
Get ready to make a difference and join us as an Electrician at Anglian Water. You’ll be responsible for carrying out general repairs, investigating and rectifying faults and completing scheduled & reactive maintenance to ensure the reliability of our assets. This role is not just about doing a job, it has a real purpose; it’s about protecting our environment and our customers. With support from a collaborative team, you will develop your commercial and industrial experience with assets such as: electrical control panels, motor testing, level control equipment and instrumentation, inverters, as well as working on/around gearboxes, screw conveyors and centrifuge equipment. This role is vital and will have a direct impact on the environment and communities that we serve.
