IT Support Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician in the Aylesbury region, to work for a 30+ million turnover office technology business. This role comes with a fantastic progression opportunity for an IT professional who is looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support via the company helpdesk to a wide variety of clients across the UK.
  • Troubleshooting a wide variety of IT systems, including hardware, network and infrastructure faults.
  • Configuring new user IT/telecoms/print equipment.
  • Networking devices and providing general support with any technical related queries.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in hardware and software fault diagnosis and resolution.
  • Desire to continually enhance job knowledge and skills (Ongoing Training Provided)
  • A high degree of enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • Experience or qualifications in IT related disciplines (Microsoft, Active Directory, VMware, Infrastructure etc)
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in an IT support role
  • IT college or degree related course
  • Microsoft certifications or equivalent
