A leading orthopedic hospital in Oswestry is seeking a Plaster Technician. The role involves delivering expert casting services in outpatient departments. We are looking for an experienced Plaster Technician to take the lead in providing casting services in our Outpatient Department and Wards across the Trust.
This role demands a proactive and compassionate approach, prioritising both technical expertise and patient well-being.
Working at the intersection of clinical care and teamwork, you will be expected to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving abilities, always with an eye for improvement and a commitment to the values that define our Trust.
We require someone to be a resource within the speciality of Plaster Services & casting techniques who will work independently within the subspecialty's scope of practice and supervise and train staff.
