Key Responsibilities

• Programming and operating lighting systems for a diverse range of live events
• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting bespoke production lighting systems on-site
• Bringing creative problem-solving to high-pressure situations
• Liaising confidently with clients, venues, and sub-contractors to deliver exceptional service
• Supporting pre-production planning, technical preparation, and equipment maintenance
• Sharing your expertise and helping to grow the skills of the wider team

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in performance lighting design, implementation, and operation – ideally in live music or events
• Solid understanding of general production techniques including rigging, IT, power and data distribution
• Good knowledge of electrical theory and fault-finding
• Confident, client-facing communicator who’s happy working solo or as part of a team
