Overview

We are a trusted global provider of payment solutions - hardware, software and services across a variety of market sectors on a global scale. We are looking for a Diagnostic and Services Technician to join the team. Based in Coalville, Leicestershire we offer a competitive salary along with a profit share Bonus Scheme, Private Health Insurance, Company Pension, on-site gymnasium, free parking and 25 days a year holiday plus Bank Holidays.

The role is based in our air-conditioned fulfilment centre and involves diagnostics, software loading and despatching payment terminals. There is also a requirement to provide 2nd line telephone support. FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED

Responsibilities
  • Carry out diagnostics, software loading and despatching of payment terminals
  • Provide 2nd line telephone support

Hours and Benefits

Hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Flexible with these hours at times and there may be opportunities for voluntary overtime if required. All employees are required to have a criminal record (DBS) and credit check.
