A family-run business near Shrewsbury seeks a mechanically biased maintenance engineer. This role offers a day shift (07:30-16:00) with opportunities for overtime. You will be responsible for conducting planned preventive maintenance, providing breakdown support, and assisting with machinery upgrades. The ideal candidate should have welding experience and heavy engineering background. A competitive salary and benefits like 28 days holiday and a company pension are included. We are looking for a mechanically biased maintenance engineer / fitter to join a fantastic family-run business near Shrewsbury. My client is well established and has been operating in the area for years.
As a maintenance engineer, you'll be part of a small team that keeps the plant and equipment running smoothly. This is a day's only role, so no shifts or call out but plenty of overtime if you want it.
- Days only (07:30-16:00)
- £36,500
- 28 days holiday.
