We are currently working with a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked firm in London that is looking for a talented Employment Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Employment law professional to join an award-winning and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of employment law to employers and employees.
• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and handbooks.
• Handle workplace disputes including dismissals, grievances, discrimination, and redundancy issues.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare legal documents such as contracts, settlement agreements, and tribunal bundles.
• Advise on business changes affecting staff, such as restructures, TUPE, and acquisitions.
• Ensure clients comply with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Keep up to date with legal developments and provide training or briefings where needed.

The successful candidate:

• Minimum of 6 months PQE with experience in the Employment field.
• Strong eye for accuracy and detail across all tasks.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines effectively.
• Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Skilled at handling multiple tasks and managing confidential or sensitive information.
• Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and grow professionally.
• Forward-thinking and proactive.
• Clear and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Committed to delivering high standards of client service and building strong relationships.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
