  • Review historical and in-season performance to guide range builds and option planning.
  • Produce catalogue and channel-based performance insights to optimise future space allocation where relevant.
  • Develop category and subcategory plans aligned to business targets.
  • Provide merchandising insight throughout pre-selection and selection stages, contributing key metrics to shape decision-making.
  • Align with cross-functional teams on hero products, featured styles, and marketing focuses.
  • Continuously refine merchandising tools, documents, and planning processes.
Order & Stock Management
  • Plan forward orders considering lead times, launch schedules, capacity, and cash flow.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of seasonal order templates.
  • Ensure delivery trackers are accurate, up to date, and effectively communicated across the business.
  • Lead in-season trading activities, aligning actions to the trading calendar.
  • Produce weekly merchandising reports and provide insights to drive commercial trading decisions.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload at pace.
  • Knowledge of merchandising processes and critical path management.
  • Highly collaborative with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
