Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of their residential care home, providing high-quality care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.

• Supporting and mentoring staff to provide safe, high-quality care
• Implementing and monitoring care and operational processes
• Working with relevant governing bodies on new service opportunities
• Promoting a person-centred, inclusive, and flexible care approach
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within health or social care
• Strong organisational, communication, and team leadership skills
• Commitment to person-centred, flexible, and inclusive care

Our client’s service is a residential, community-focused care home in Southend-on-Sea. The service supports adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, including individuals with complex needs.
