Rate: £28 - £34 per hour
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Band 7 Pharmacists to join our team. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive ward-based clinical pharmacy services, including dispensary cover, discharge medication management, outpatient services, and homecare prescription screening. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications and contributing to high-quality patient care.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing ward-based clinical pharmacy services, covering the dispensary, managing discharge medications, and screening homecare prescriptions. You will also support outpatient services, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Your role will involve collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
