Are you ready to make a splash this season? At SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth, you’ll work in a world where sharks glide by, sea turtles paddle past and every day brings something new and exciting!

Your Role:

As the first friendly face our explorers meet, you’ll:

  • Offer a warm welcome and answer curious questions.
  • Work in admissions or retail, helping guests get their day started swimmingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every visitor has a fun, educational and unforgettable experience.
  • Confidently deliver public talks and support school or VIP visits.
  • Share your passion for the weird, wonderful and totally gross creatures of the ocean.

Whether you’re helping someone choose the perfect souvenir or sharing fun facts about our animals, you’ll be at the heart of the action.

This is a seasonal contract offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is key, as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service based roles preferred.
  • Fun, dynamic and friendly, with a big can do attitude and boundless energy.
  • A confident communicator with excellent listening and motivational skills.
  • Comfortable working in busy environments, including loud noise levels and confined spaces.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Confident delivering talks and engaging with guests of all ages.
  • Flexible and happy to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays and special events.
