Are you an accomplished leader with a passion for delivering transformative healthcare infrastructure? We are seeking a dynamic Site Project Director to spearhead the design and construction of a major capital project as part of the New Hospital Programme (NHP), at James Paget University Hospital, Gorleston.
Lead the design and construction phases, managing relationships with technical teams and external partners. Oversee contractual relationships with tier one building contractors and enabling works providers. Develop business cases, control budgets, and ensure compliance with NHP Hospital 2.0 standards and the Building Safety Act. Drive value engineering, manage claims and disputes, and minimise disruption to clinical services. Champion health and safety, training, and professional development for all staff involved.

As Site Project Director, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a flagship hospital scheme, working closely with the Strategic Programme Director. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, external advisors, and contractors, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and value for the NHS.
