Job summary
A leading cruise line is seeking a Senior Technician Broadcast to manage the broadcast team and ensure the operation of shipwide broadcast systems. This role requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience and expertise with professional broadcast equipment. The successful candidate will provide coaching to team members, manage the department's daily operations, and maintain high-quality broadcast output. This is a unique opportunity for individuals eager to work in a dynamic, diverse environment at sea.

- Minimum five years experience in a relevant shipboard or applicable shore side position.
- Expertise with professional broadcast equipment including video cameras, VTR, and editing systems.
- Strong computer skills and proven experience with common computer applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Broadcast team providing training, performance coaching, recognition, and feedback.
- Manage the Broadcast department including TV output, filming and editing.
- Ensure the operation and programming of broadcast and shipwide control systems.
