A local secondary school in Nottingham is seeking an administration assistant to manage student records and support school operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing attendance and communication, alongside supporting staff and students. This role promises growth in a supportive environment with training opportunities.
The administrative team at Ellis Guilford Secondary School provides essential support to ensure the school runs smoothly and efficiently. They manage student records, attendance, and communication with parents and external agencies. The team handles key compliance tasks, safeguarding documentation, and supports behaviour management policy and procedure. They work face to face with student supporting their welfare needs. By coordinating day-to-day operations and supporting staff and students, the admin team plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe, organised, and effective learning environment.
