- FROM CREATION TO PLATE EXECUTION: Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
- Speed and precision at the pass will be your hallmark; ensure every dish is perfect, adhering to the Group's recipes and standards.
- OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY: You are the Chef's right hand, ensuring everything is impeccable: compliance with hygiene standards, a well-organized team, and checks always aligned with objectives.
- Manage food costs like a true leader: zero waste, flawless inventories, and on-time orders.
- Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
