C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join a fantastic kitchen team in their brasserie restaurant at a 4* Hotel. The Brasserie will soon be going through a stunning refurbishment, we are on the search for a talented Sous Chef to join the team and help evaluate the dining experience.
You will be responsible for daily operations of the kitchen and food production and ensure the quality of the food is being maintained. You will also assist the Head Chef with making sure all policies and procedures are followed.
