Job summary
A law enforcement agency in the United Kingdom is inviting applications for a role focused on managing speed offences and the prosecution process. You will be responsible for processing offences captured by camera, working directly with individuals accused, and potentially attending court to present evidence. Responsibilities
- Process speed offences captured by camera.
- Manage accused individuals through prosecution.
- Attend court to explain investigations.
Applications invited to join a team dedicated to improving safety on Gloucestershire's roads.
Role processes predominantly speed offences captured by camera and manages them and those accused of committing the offences, through to prosecution. You'll be involved in identifying the driver and offering them a fixed penalty or education course plus investigating any issues they raise about the incident. You may be required to attend court and explain your investigation presenting you evidence and photographs of the offence.
