You will set the technical direction, enhance analytical capabilities, and drive strategic projects with a focus on technology. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of relevant experience, strong skills in analytics and machine learning, and proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL. This role involves both on-site and flexible remote work options.
Tech and Data Lead – Job Spec
Location: In-Person (Hammersmith) – with scope for one remote day after probation period.
Wonders of Maths (WoM) is a lean, fast-growing EdTech tutoring company supporting students from Year 1 to Year 13 across key subjects (Maths, English, Chemistry, Physics, Reasoning). Powered by its platform Educai, WoM makes learning accessible to everyone by teaching in a way that resonates with each individual and benefits from a strong engaged community.
Our 10-person team is seeking a Tech and Data Lead who will:

Direct experience with these tools isn’t required, but you must be able to quickly master comparable modern languages, cloud platforms, and data tooling.
