Job description

Location: Uxbridge London Fully-Office Based Role

Department: Procurement & Supply Chain

Key responsibilities

1. Tendering & Strategic Sourcing

• Lead the full tender process (RFI / RFP / RFQ) including requirements alignment documentation preparation supplier evaluation negotiation and final award.
• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies to enhance cost competitiveness reduce risk and improve supplier performance.
• Lead commercial contract negotiations collaborate with Legal on contract review and ensure timely contract execution.

2. Supplier Management

• Maintain and update the supplier database and support the development of a preferred / strategic supplier framework.
• Build and manage supplier relationships monitor performance conduct regular business reviews and resolve operational or commercial issues.

3. Procurement Operations

• Accurately manage PR PO contract and goods acceptance processes in internal procurement systems ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Support budgeting cost analysis supplier reporting and preparation of management reports.

Requirements

1 Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree or above in Procurement Supply Chain Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years procurement or sourcing experience; experience in automotive marketing / events or management consulting is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes contract terms and supplier management methodologies.
• Experience working in UK organisations or multinational companies is preferred.
