Slowear is looking for a talented and motivated Store Manager to lead our King’s Road store in London .

As Store Manager , you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring your team, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and driving the boutique’s overall performance. You will act as an ambassador of Slowear values, fostering long-term client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of store operations with passion and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding and personalized client experiences.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store targets through effective business strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, leveraging CRM and clienteling to nurture loyalty.
• Oversee daily operations including stock management, merchandising, visual standards, and store maintenance.
• Analyze KPIs, provide regular reporting, and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
