The Opportunity

We're looking for a Programme Manager with strong automotive aftersales experience to lead the delivery of key initiatives, including Accessories Sales, Service Retention, and E‑commerce development.

Please note that it is essential for candidates to have automotive experience to be considered for this role. Experience within Aftersales is also heavily desired but is not essential as training can be provided on this.

Responsibilities
  • Track performance, generate insights, and work closely with internal teams and dealer networks.
  • Lead and provide coaching for team members to ensure effective performance and target achievement at all levels.
  • Align regularly with key stakeholders within the client organisation on relevant performance metrics, related initiatives, and support topics.
  • Lead review meetings with the team's data reporting analyst on performance metrics and ways to improve business results; interpret dashboard data and KPI metrics to produce monthly reports and refine the performance dashboard.
  • Identify novel opportunities to enhance team output of sales and customer retention performance within the retailer network and through direct channels.
  • Compile best practices related to key customer support topics and develop innovative business development initiatives.
  • Advise the client team on performance strategy and potential process improvements.
  • Provide dynamic project management and stakeholder alignment for on‑going projects and developments.
  • Coordinate and lead periodic programme meetings to monitor performance and action‑plan progress.
  • Communicate clearly and escalates effectively.
Excellent client relationship management skills are a must.
About You

Professional experience

  • Automotive industry experience is essential.
  • Preferably Aftersales experience.
  • Experience in business development desired.
  • Project management and coordination experience.
  • Previous consulting experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Language Skills & Licenses

  • English (native level C2).
  • Full UK driving licence.
