Job summary
A pioneering software optimisation company in London seeks a Product Success Manager to enhance product adoption and retention. This strategic role involves working closely with enterprise customers to ensure they derive maximum value from the products. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a technical customer success role within a B2B SaaS environment, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of analytics. The position offers a competitive salary of £65K-£75K with added benefits including flexible remote work options and 32 days of holiday.

- Minimum 4+ years experience in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architect, or Technical Trainer role.
- Proven ability to work with technical analytics or developer-focused products.
- Experience defining and tracking quantitative success metrics.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain Product Health Score to identify at‑risk accounts.
- Collect user feedback and provide actionable insights to Product Managers.
- Design and deliver advanced technical training for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to translate value into business outcomes.
