Opus has partnered with a renowned ServiceNow partner across the UK & EU, specializing in GRC & Sec-Ops implementations. They are expanding following successful projects.

The company supports medium-enterprise clients in the Public Sector, financial services, and insurance industries. They are preparing for a strong start in January with ongoing projects for both new and repeat clients.

This role is suited for someone driven by customer success, ensuring projects are tailored and delivered excellently. You will be the client-facing representative, gathering requirements, liaising with stakeholders, understanding project scope, and handling development and configuration tasks.

• 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Strong understanding of Sec-Ops/IRM/GRC modules
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Competence in development, design, and project execution
• Proficiency with Java, HTML, CSS, Python
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Solution design experience (desirable)
• ServiceNow certifications CSA & CAD (highly desirable)

• Base salary up to £85,000
