Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Technical Product Manager to join the Products & Solutions Team.

In this role, you will drive technical requirements capture initiatives to define products, features and solutions that meet market demands. This requires analytical and problem‑solving skills as well as close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as engagement with customers to deliver targeted product presentations.

As such, you will be a key contributor to building better awareness and adoption of our products as well as a major player in building the solutions our customers will use tomorrow.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable technical specifications for our development teams and ensure the delivery of reliable solutions that fit the market needs.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between customers industry partners and internal stakeholders (sales engineering, operations, systems engineering, etc.) to shape product features and capabilities.
  • Create and maintain clear service descriptions to support product knowledge both internally and with our customers
  • Ensure product compliance with international regulations, licensing requirements and customer standards for satcom operations.
  • Support our Customer Solutions experts in better understanding the solutions that end users deploy behind our service demarcation points to build an end‑to‑end knowledge base of our technical ecosystems
  • Present compelling presentations of our products and solutions to customers and/or internal stakeholders, to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • As the Technical Product Management team represents our Connectivity Business Unit technical authority, you will serve as a trusted escalation point for any issues encountered during product or solution framing.
Keys to Success:
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in technical product management, sales engineering or systems engineering in the satellite communications industry.
  • Knowledge of the Eutelsat OneWeb connectivity solutions and systems is a plus
  • Advanced expertise in network concepts: architectures, devices, protocols, and topologies (LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS).
  • A basic technical understanding of RF communications concepts
  • Ability to navigate an organization to capture and deliver information to the right stakeholders
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and client‑facing experience, allowing you to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or other European languages is a plus
How You Will Stand Out:
  • In‑depth knowledge of B2B Service Providers ecosystem and applications across regions and verticals.
  • Experience with satcom and systems performance variables and their optimization.
  • Knowledge of 4G/LTE architectures and standards
  • Experience with 4G/5G cellular networks (design, test, or support)
