We're now looking for a Recycling Operative, to work on a DHL site part of Enviro-solutions part of the warehouse

A typical day involves working in the recycling department, with responsibilities including lifting and sorting of recycling material, decanting vehicles and cages, sorting out cardboard balers, oil recycling and managing the flow, and sorting recycled electronics such as microwaves, pizza ovens and floor polishers.

• Collection: Loading and unloading recycling collection
• Sorting & Segregation: Identifying, separating, and picking recyclable materials from other waste
• Inspection Checking: Materials to ensure they meet quality standards and removing contamination or non-recyclable items
• Physical Demands: The role can be physically demanding and requires physical fitness
• Outdoor Work: You may work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility: Being able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
