We have an exciting opportunity to join the Resourcing team as an Administrator. We are looking to recruit an administrator who is passionate about customer service and has an eye for attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be based at our offices in Worthing and will work 4 days in the office with 1 day working from home.

1. Support delivery of an efficient and effective resourcing service, ensuring recruitment processes are administered in accordance with NHS Employers standards and Trust Policies.
2. Collaborate with the People Directorate and Resourcing Management team to ensure responsive, consistent, and professional Resourcing Administration processes.
3. Assist with Open days and recruitment events by completing ID checks and supporting candidates and managers.
4. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
