As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring for senior-level Technology and Product positions across multiple EU markets. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and People teams, you will design and execute recruitment strategies that attract exceptional leadership talent. This role demands strong market knowledge, stakeholder influence, and the ability to deliver a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience. While an individual contributor role, it requires high ownership, strategic thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in executive or senior-level recruiting for Tech & Product roles across multiple EU markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools and executive search methodologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking).
  • Ability to manage multiple complex recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of EU labour regulations and cultural nuances in hiring.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment technology (SAP, Oracle, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Track record of hiring for hard‑to‑fill leadership roles in matrix organizations.

This role is based in our Dunton Technical Centre, Basildon. You will be required onsite 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Full‑Cycle Recruitment & Delivery

  • Own and manage the complete recruitment process for senior Tech & Product roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define leadership profiles, competencies, and market positioning.
  • Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies, leveraging executive search techniques, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline building.
  • Conduct in‑depth candidate assessments and guide interview panels on best practices for senior‑level selection.
  • Ensure a premium candidate experience with timely, transparent communication.

Talent Advisor

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and market trends.
  • Consult on role scoping, succession planning, and offer strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with People/HR partners on workforce planning and hiring forecasts across EU regions.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and ensure compliance with EU labour laws and GDPR.
  • Report on key metrics: time‑to‑fill, pipeline diversity, sourcing effectiveness, and leadership hiring success.
  • Provide insights to inform talent strategy and executive hiring decisions.

Employer Branding
