• Liaise confidently with tenants, clients, and contractors to deliver a seamless and polished service experience.

• 2+ years’ experience in property management, lettings, or a similar client‑facing real estate role.
• Strong understanding of UK property legislation and tenancy compliance.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with CRM systems and property management software.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused mindset.
