Segal Placements are delighted to be assisting a leading Central London law firm who are keenly seeking a Real Estate Finance Partner to join their expanding London office. This Firm has a highly-regarded real estate team and although historically they have also had sufficient Real Estate Finance capability advising both lenders and borrowers alike, their ranks have recently become slightly depleted and as a result are looking for an individual with a solid pedigree (Lawyer Top 200 Firm) to join them and to potentially head the department.

Lender clients are wide ranging and includeUK clearing banks, challenger banks, alternative lenders, international banks, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.

Some sort of portable following is required as well as strong connections within the world of finance.The role is suitable for an established partner or potentially an ambitious Senior Associate who might be looking to make the step up to the next level.

The firm is ranked in multiple areas in the Chambers directories in London and has an enviable location in the heart of the Capital.
