One of the UK’s friendliest law firms is keen to find a Property Portfolio Manager to take on a dynamic and multifaceted role. The role will be based out of their Birmingham office, and the firm are in other key locations such as London and Manchester, the company offers an exciting opportunity to manage real estate, capital projects, and more.

This is a varied and challenging role and key responsibilities will include: –

  • Support the selection, evaluation, acquisition, and management of office spaces
  • Develop and maintain a lease event diary for strategic planning
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants on strategic initiatives
  • Oversee capital works, ensuring high standards and compliance with regulations
