A global professional services company is seeking a Senior Consultant for a Project Manager role focused on delivering Environmental Due Diligence consulting services. The ideal candidate will manage teams, ensure high-quality project delivery, and develop client relationships to identify business growth opportunities. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Environmental Due Diligence, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. You are aProject Manager with at least 5+years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering Environmental Due Diligence consulting services to clients across our business. Senior consultants are responsible for leading more complex programmes of work and co-ordinating multiple projects for clients, demonstrating strong technical expertise in particular areas and providing mentoring support and management to more junior members of the TDD team. You may lead a virtual team of consultants delivering high-quality work to clients and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will report to Dan Hudson, and in some cases may line manage consultants or next gen talent.
A natural collaborator, able to foster and maintain relationships.
Proactively seeks responsibility and opportunity to broaden and deepen both technical and non-technical skills to progress their career for the benefit of themselves and the TDD team.
Good experience in leading client projects in a large business setting. Able to identify problems and issues and address these with clients or teams in a simple and diagnostic way while delivering the best outcomes for the client and CBRE.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
