A dynamic real estate firm in Portishead is seeking a Full-time Senior Lettings Negotiator. This role involves matching tenants with ideal properties and ensuring landlords receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, managing listings, and negotiating terms. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate. A valid driver's license and flexibility for evening/weekend work are also required.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience in Lettings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of lettings process and relevant legislation.

- Contribute to marketing efforts to attract new landlords and tenants
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, transactions, and property details
- 1-3 years of work experience in Lettings
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in customer service principles and practices
- Basic understanding of the lettings process and relevant legislation
