Job Description:

The Lettings Negotiator will have experience of the full lettings process, but will mainly focus on property maintenance and compliance ensuring properties are managed efficiently delivering outstanding service to both tenants and landlords. The role includes managing the Fixflo database, dealing with property maintenance issues, logged by Tenants, raising works orders, arranging access for contractors to completion of works and processing invoices. The Lettings Negotiator will be an integral part of the established team, working together to ensure the smooth running of the overall remit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process property maintenance issues and compliance
  • Overall knowledge of the Lettings remit from launch of property to end of tenancy process
  • Able to process applicants, registrations, and viewing activity; match applicants with suitable properties
  • Support all property marketing activities as required
  • Ensure compliance with Money Laundering Regulations and internal procedures
  • Knowledge of residential property legislation under the Renters Rights Act and Welsh Act 2016 is essential
