The role involves performing a wide range of examinations, including general x-rays, paediatric imaging, trauma imaging, fluoroscopy, theatre & mobile, dental, EOS imaging, and exposure to CT and nuclear medicine. The department operates 24/7, and participation in this service is essential.

This is a cross-site position working across four sites, featuring diverse facilities such as x-ray rooms, fluoroscopy, dental x-ray, CT scanners, EOS scanner, ultrasound rooms, nuclear medicine rooms, cath labs, and MRI scanners. This variety offers valuable experience and scope for professional growth.
A BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification is required. Radiographers qualifying in Summer 2024 are encouraged to apply. There is a competency-based career progression from Band 5 to Band 6 after 18 months. Staff also benefit from a 20% high-cost area supplement in inner London.
