Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s leading providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to support the clinical leadership of the service. The position is based in Chigwell, Essex, accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will support educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessments, you will offer individualized interventions and engagement to young people.

Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with schools and children’s homes to integrate therapeutic support across settings
- Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to teams supporting children
Qualifications and experience:
- HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist
- Proven skills in engaging children and young people with complex needs
- Experience supporting teams to create supportive environments
- Confident, engaging, and capable leader and trainer
- Highly organized and proactive
- Dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for young people
