This role involves planning maintenance, managing compliance within regulatory frameworks, and collaborating with teams for audit readiness. Ideal candidates will have experience in compliance planning, proficiency in SAP, and the ability to work across various stakeholders. This position offers a rewarding environment with opportunities for professional development and an inclusive workplace culture.
As Utilities & Compliance Planner, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with on‑site teams to ensure all assets are effectively maintained and fully compliant with operational requirements. The role requires strong planning and organisational skills, with a clear focus on health and safety, regulatory compliance, and budget control. Your contribution will support the efficient and reliable operation of the site, enabling the continued production of millions of litres of beer and non‑alcoholic beverages, while upholding our site's heritage and sustaining the Heineken legacy.
Helping millions of consumers enjoy our beers and ciders is a real team effort. As a Supply Chain colleague, you'll be part of the biggest function in HEINEKEN UK! From barley to bar, our Supply Chain produces high‑quality beers and ciders, prioritising safety, sustainability and innovation to keep our operations running smoothly. You will sit within the wider Maintenance & Services team, working alongside a mix of stakeholders who keep our site utilities running and maintained at their best. Together, you help make sure our brews are made safely, compliantly and efficiently – with sustainability always in mind.
If you want to grow and develop your skills, gain hands‑on experience with a wide range of technologies and sharpen your problem‑solving abilities, we want to hear from you.

We're the name behind a host of brilliant brands, from Inch's to Birra Moretti and many more. With around 2,400 pubs to our name in the UK, our Star Pubs business is all about putting pubs at the centre of community life. We believe in bringing everyone together, making sure you feel supported, valued, and included from day one – because every one of our colleagues has a role to play in shaping the future of beer, cider, pubs and beyond.
