Job description
Product Support Engineer Apprentice

As a Product Support Engineer you will support and integrate one or more of the Product Support disciplines, reviewing engineering data, conducting fleet data analysis and building core capabilities to improve Product Support and Platform performance.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out the execution of contracted Product Support work in a team.
  • Provide analytical capability to transform information and data.
  • Collaborate with other Engineering disciplines to ensure consistency of working methods and activities across all projects.
  • Conduct specialist tasks in the Product Support discipline you are employed within.
  • Coordinate, monitor, establish Key Performance Indicators and report status of Product Support activities.
Qualifications
  • 3 A-levels or equivalent grade A-C, and 5 GCSEs (grade 9/A - 4/C) including Maths and English.
  • Essential to be able to obtain UK Security Clearance.
  • A clear communicator with a can‑do attitude who has the drive, commitment and passion to continuously improve the quality of service.

Potential to support company initiatives such as quality improvements, promoting a safety culture, mentoring and coaching, STEM outreach and other focus projects to support the growth of the company and its employees.
