A leading rural consulting firm in Harrogate seeks a qualified chartered surveyor to join their team. This role includes offering expert advice to a diverse range of estate and land-owning clients, managing portfolios, and developing business opportunities. Following new opportunities to grow our estate management portfolios, we are looking for a qualified chartered surveyor to join our friendly and ambitious rural team based in the Harrogate, working alongside a team of property professionals. Our offices handle the full range of rural surveying, including estate management, property agency, valuations, rural grant applications, compensation, landlord and tenant matters and delivering national framework contracts, across North Yorkshire.

You will be a chartered surveyor who has a successful track record in delivering excellent rural professional and estate management services and experience in developing relationships with existing and potential clients. We are looking for enthusiasm, integrity and a can‑do attitude; someone who has the ability to manage multiple projects and deal with a variety of work. You will enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, where you will need to be flexible in your approach and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team. You will be prepared to participate in managing and developing other team members, while actively seeking out continuous self‑development.
