A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Sutton

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings based on their requirements
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing strategies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Supporting the branch in achieving KPI targets
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support as needed
• Focusing on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety and compliance standards
• Following all regulatory guidelines to ensure the business remains fully compliant

Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Sutton

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Ability to work well with others, creating a positive team environment
• Previous experience within residential lettings
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under your own initiative
