Investment Sales Consultant - Wetherby

Office Based | Mon‑Fri | £30,000‑£35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60k‑£90k realistic). We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and fast‑growing property investment business based in West Yorkshire, working with high‑net‑worth investors across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships and closing high‑value deals.

You will be joining an established, energetic sales team in modern offices, working with warm inbound enquiries from qualified investors looking to place £100k+ into UK property opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound investor enquiries (no cold calling)
  • Carry out detailed needs analysis to understand investment goals
  • Qualify new investors and onboard them as active clients
  • Present suitable investment opportunities via phone, email and proposals
  • Conduct face‑to‑face meetings across the UK where required
  • Build long‑term relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with management to progress hot and warm leads
  • Close deals with sophisticated private investors
Qualifications

Ideal background:

  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, financial services, recruitment or investment sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive, driven attitude
  • Organised, professional and comfortable handling high‑value conversations
  • Positive, team‑focused approach

You don't need property experience, but you do need to be confident in sales and comfortable speaking with professional, financially savvy clients.
