A UK hospitality company is looking for a Property Administrator in Blackburn to manage maintenance inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with various stakeholders and maintain up-to-date contractor information. Skills in Microsoft Office and previous helpdesk experience in facilities or maintenance are desirable. As Property Administrator (Reactive Maintenance), you play a key role in the team, working as the first point of contact for our Area Business Managers, General Managers and Property Manager, as well as our contractors, handling calls and dealing with any queries on maintenance jobs required across the business
Your day-to-day activities will include:
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills and who can develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be able to provide clear and reactive advice to our properties and colleagues across the business and ideally have helpdesk experience in either the facilities or maintenance sector.
You will be a strong team player, able to work as part of a small team and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our properties are properly supported.
Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential in this role.
